- Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Initiating a Return
Contact our Customer Support Team at info@sasproducts.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Returns must be shipped to the address provided with the RA number.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If an item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the damage or defect and your order number.
We will issue a replacement, refund, or store credit, including return shipping costs, as appropriate.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
If the requested size/color is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
For faster exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
